We’re on a mission to make global citizenship education joyful, playful, and totally free for every child.
GCED Toons idea started in 2023, where the founder and his team had great opportunity to participate at UNICEF Uganda trained on digital skills and life skills, later the team organized a small pilot in the slum community school despite no funding and no support from UN agency but training toolkit.
2024: Bagu Paul (founder) later was honoured to receive extensive training on global citizenship by UNESCO APCEUI, this where the idea sparked. Questions of how can we relate with children and youth using animation and gaming.
2025 to 2026 the team has devoted sleeps nights to create episodes for YouTube, seek partners and raising seed funding to kick off with 5 pilots.
